      Languages Taught at the Center

      English language

      The Intensive Languages Teaching Centre (ILTC) offers to learners who would like to improve their level in English an intensive programme under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) over two sessions a year. Each of which has two weeks under the supervision of high competent teachers in language teaching. A Success certificate is to be delivered at the end of each educational session.

      French Language

      Teaching French language in the Centre is considered as a prioritised activity in the language laboratory as the programme aims at making the learner gain linguistic abilities that allow them to assimilate courses to a large extent which has a positive influence on their results during their academic path. Therefore, learners would easily be able to read and understand texts by the end of programme, they would also be able to express themselves in writing or speaking and gain a lexical repertoire.

      The Centre provides training offers in several European and Asian languages which have become an interest to Algerian learners in order to search job opportunities abroad, benefit from scholarships, or delve deeper into their specialisation at university(gain deeper knowledge in their field of study).

      Our school goals

      Introduction to the Centre

      The Intensive Languages Teaching Centre (ILTC) was established at the University of Algiers 2 in 2011. It has become a nationally and internationally renowned institution. The Centre has been awarded the number one position at the national level by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, through which it could have the pride of place in the quality of exams and educational standards. A team of experts in languages tuition (local and non-local teachers) ensures our services. Among its priorities, the Centre provides support to university students who are drawn to improve their linguistic acquisitions and open up to other languages and cultures, such as Chinese, Japanese, and Turkish. In parallel with that, The Centre also offers a wide range of services to those interested in learning a new language or advance their language level. Moreover, it provides organisations with training to their employees  under the framework of continuous training. It also organises on-demand training courses to VIPs and privileged persons in their workplace.
