1. Any breach of the terms, shall cause learners to lose their rights.

• Registration and placement test fees are non-refundable no matter the reason.
• A student card shall be given to learners who have registered according to the terms of acceptance. The card holds a registration number that enables learners to register online on the platform in the forthcoming sessions.
• Learners are required to show their cards to the security guard before entering the class. In case the learner refuses to show or forgets to bring the card, the security guard has the right to prohibit the learner from entering the class.
• It is prohibited for learners to suspend their studies.

Learners are required to follow the Center’s news through the different means of communication in order to get the information in time (timetables, deliberation records, registration dates, placement tests, online registration, or any other information) via the Center’s official

• Learners are exclusively required to contact the responsible of the language they learn via email in order to deal with their presented issues and raised concerns.

• The Center adopts face-to-face and online teaching (2 hours on-site and 1 hour online via Google Classroom). Therefore, learners are required to have a personal Gmail account with their names not nicknames.
• A proof of enrollment is delivered to external learners only once and after ascertaining that the learner regularly attends classes and showing a recent work certificate. It is to be noted that the proof of enrollment is not delivered if the learner studies on Saturday because it is a day off.
• Any changes in the learning hours shall be subject to the approval of the Centre’s administration after confirming the availability of rooms and the existence of groups.
• The administration has the right to change the studying hours according to the Centre’s needs.
• Learners shall not come randomly or be absent themselves more than three times without any attested justification. Therefore, they will be deemed excluded after reaching more than three

It is the Center’s administration’s rights to verify the identity of learners any time to make sure they really

• A certificate of Success shall be delivered to learners after passing each level

• It is prohibited to make any insult, cursing, slur, rudeness or scuffle, and those who do so shall face expulsion from the
• If a learner does not receive their success certificate during the year in which they were studying, they shall lose their right to have it.
• If any learner does not respect the registration confirmation date, they shall be removed from the Centre’s registration platform.
• If it is proven that the downloaded documents on the registration platform are false, learners shall not be able to continue their registration when they come to the Center for the confirmation.
• In case of loss, learners are required to prove they have lost their card in order to be able to ask for another one.
• A makeup exam can be conducted if learners justify their absent on the exam day and did regularly attend classes.
• It is prohibited to a non-registered learner whose name does not exist in the teacher’s list to enter the

Placement tests are available in the Center for a nominal fee for those who would like to take them.
